Is free shipping included?
YES! Happy Joe includes free shipping to all 50 states of the United States. However, we do not offer upgrades like expedited shipping or shipping insurance at this time.
Where are you products shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from Happy Joe HQ in Oklahoma City. We inspect each package we send to ensure you get your complete order and extra happiness to go!
What shipping provider do we use?
All of our products are shipped using USPS. Once your order is complete we will provide you with an email about your shipment, including a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
When will my products ship?
Happy Joe will send your products within 24-48 hours after your payment is processed. The only exception is weekends and holidays.
Do we ship internationally?
Currently we do not sell or ship outside of the United States.

We sincerely apologize if you didn't love your Happy Joe products or if something went wrong! We will do everything within reason to make it right, but we are limited in what we can because of the products we sell. Please read the following carefully.
Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of these CBD wellness products, we are unable to accept any returns or provide any refunds on opened or used products.
If for some reason you are unhappy with your product, please email our team at [email protected] with all of your details including invoice number, order date, products ordered, and what went wrong. Happy Joe will handle these situations on a case by case basis.
Any Happy Joe branded products ordered from our website may be returned for a refund or credit for the original purchase price, provided such return is completed within seven (7) days of shipment and provided such products are returned in their original condition.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. All returns are subject to a twenty-five percent (25 %) restocking fee for orders over $500.00.
Refunds are processed within approximately seven (7) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website.
