We get it. Sometimes things happen or there's a problem with an order. Don't despair! We'll work hard to make sure you keep that smile on your face.
How does the process work?
Before returning a product or asking for an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Email Subject: Return
- Name on the order
- Email on the order
- Order #
- Date the order was placed
- Reason for the return
Our special ops team will review your information and follow up with you within 72 hours. Please don't call us with the information as we won't be able to readily help you.
Return Policy Guidelines
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Any returns sent back to Happy Joe or our printing company, must include the merchandise in the original packaging.
T-shirts or other merchandise must be unused, unwashed, or unworn. In the event your clothing has a malfunction due to manufacturing, we'll replace it.
Any and all merchandise returned are subject to an inspection. Happy Joe Media may refuse a refund at their discretion.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to Happy Joe or our printing facility, unless the merchandise is damaged or defective.
Customer is responsible for ensuring Happy Joe Media receives the return package. We recommend you include a tracking number and email it to us. Happy Joe is not responsible for customer returned packages that do not arrive to us.
Happy Joe will pay shipping for sending the replaced product back to the customer.
Refunds for any returned merchandise (minus shipping costs) will be issued within 72 hours after your returned item is inspected. Please note it can take 5-7 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
Happy Joe Media reserves the right to deny any returns or refunds, depending on the situation. However we will do everything we can within reason, to make you super happy.
